Alessia is the founder of the Studio, with over 20 years of international Pilates experience (France, Italy, Spain). ...she masters Mat Pilates as well as equipment-based Pilates (Reformer, Springboard). She also incorporates other tools such as the Spine Arc, Circle, and Foam Roller. Alessia’s classes benefit from her extensive skills and experience in various sports fields. She has regularly worked as a private coach and postural trainer.

Amélie began dancing at the age of 3. After attending a dance-focused school program, she earned a State Diploma as a classical dance teacher. She taught dance alongside her career as a professional dancer. Following injuries, she discovered the Pilates method. Passionate about teaching and sharing, she trained at the A-lyne center in Paris to teach Pilates and later obtained her CQP sports instructor diploma. She also trained at the Bernadette De Gasquet Institute to support women during maternity with specialized pre- and postnatal yoga classes. Amélie listens carefully to each student and adapts exercises to their needs and abilities.

Marie discovered sports at a young age, influenced by her father, a swimming instructor. She practiced competitive swimming before branching out into tennis, dance, and even combat sports as a teenager. Passionate about movement and its impact on the body and mind, she decided to make it her career. The birth of her daughter in 2013 marked a turning point: she discovered Pilates, which became a true revelation. This practice, combining breathing, precision, fluidity, and concentration, allowed her to reconnect with her body and deepen her understanding of it. Driven by a desire to explore the human body further, she became a nutritionist and practitioner of Chinese medicine. Today, she is committed to sharing her knowledge through Pilates, helping you understand, explore, and most importantly, respect your body and its needs.

Marie completed yoga teacher training, including RYT Yoga Alliance certification. Every day, she supports you through yoga, helping you move forward with serenity, confidence, and enthusiasm. Regular practice is essential for personal balance. Marie also trained as a wellness massage practitioner at the Cassiopée Institute, along with other specialized courses. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and massage to cultivate inner peace. Marie offers both gentle and more dynamic posture practices, always in rhythm with the breath. Her sessions include Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation for complete body and mind release. At the end of each class, she guides an energetic meditation for a full well-being experience.

Léo has been practicing weight training for over 10 years. This passion led her to professionalize her skills by obtaining her BPJEPS AF at the CREPS in Châtenay-Malabry. Interested in a health and fitness approach, she completed training in Pilates Reformer and Cadillac at SetStudio, offering sessions focused on well-being, posture, and deep strengthening.

After several years of athletic training and a shoulder injury, I discovered Vinyasa Yoga. Initially used as a path to heal my injury, it quickly evolved into a way of approaching life. Yoga is far more than just a physical practice. As both a Yoga Teacher and a Psychomotor Therapist, I merge my clinical and movement knowledge to create dynamic sessions that foster both physical and mental harmony. Guiding students through fluid postures, smooth transitions, and mindful breathing techniques, I help them build autonomy and deep body awareness in their practice, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being.

With 15 years of experience, I am a fitness professional dedicated to improving well-being through movement. Specializing in various cardio activities, I later transitioned my career toward Pilates, earning certifications in Matwork 1 & 2, as well as Reformer 1 from Set Studio. I share my expertise with clients of all ages, from children to seniors, within community organizations focused on health and vitality.

Holding a French State Diploma as a Sports Instructor (2nd degree), I served as a Judo and Jiu-Jitsu instructor at the École Polytechnique for 5 years. In 2008, I suffered a severe injury during training and lost functional use of my right leg. My complete rehabilitation lasted over a year and led me to discover the Pilates method. It completely transformed my approach to physical exercise and alignment, and significantly accelerated my recovery. Following this experience, I completed a comprehensive Matwork and Studio certification program at Polestar (covering Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel). Concurrently, I specialized in back pain management and postpartum support using the posturo- respiratory method from the Bernadette de Gasquet Institute, complemented by a certification in Movement and Performance Therapy from Rehab-U.

Laura Fassino is a multi-certified Pilates instructor (BASI, Classical, and STOTT) who has been teaching since 2018. She discovered Pilates and Tai Chi in China in 2014—a foundational experience that profoundly shaped her approach to movement and body awareness. Having lived and taught in several countries, including Luxembourg and Turkey, she has developed an open-minded, precise, and highly adaptable teaching style. Laura instructs in French, Italian, and English, with a strong focus on alignment, movement quality, and listening to one's body.

Passionate about sport and health from a young age, I practiced weight training for over ten years before turning it into a career and earning my BPJEPS AF at the CREPS in Châtenay-Malabry. During my training, I discovered the many benefits of Pilates, both physically and in terms of body awareness, and completed my path with Pilates Reformer training. After an injury, I also trained in the fundamentals of mobility for prevention and performance with Rehab-U. Convinced that Pilates helps everyone move better and feel good in their body, I support my clients with care and attention.
